About these terms

These terms govern your use of Bespoke Apply, a service operated by Hutch Media Group ("we", "us", "our"). By using Bespoke Apply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Bespoke Apply does

Bespoke Apply uses AI to tailor your CV and generate a cover letter based on a job description you provide. The output is intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting it to any employer.

Accuracy of AI-generated content

AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantee that the output is factually correct, complete, or appropriate for any particular role or employer.

You must thoroughly proofread all output before sending it anywhere. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from the use of content generated by Bespoke Apply without your own review.

Your content

You retain ownership of the CV and other content you upload or paste into Bespoke Apply. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of generating your output via our AI provider.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bespoke Apply to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to employers
• Impersonate another person
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service in any way that could harm us or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any breach of these terms.

Payment and credits

Some features of Bespoke Apply require payment. Pricing and credit terms are set out on the relevant purchase page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@hutchmedia.group within 14 days.

Intellectual property

The Bespoke Apply product, brand, and underlying software are owned by Hutch Media Group. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

The output generated for you belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your tailored CV or cover letter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hutch Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Bespoke Apply, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, reliance on inaccurate AI output, or data loss.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email where we hold your address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
